Prompt Shoot Peer Review

http://maddiphotoj.blogspot.com/2016/01/prompt-shoot-3.html

1. Which photo do you like best? Why?

My favorite photo is Maddi's Pause photo. The background is blurred out, making it easy to focus on the subject. I like how it is a pause of someone smiling, and I also liked the B&W.

2. Which is your least favorite image? Why?

My least favorite image is the Eight photo. It has some leading lines but it's not a very interesting image.

3. Overall, make two positive statements about their pictures.

Maddi's Connected and Pause photos are very clever. She also did an amazing job at editing the photos.

4. Overall, what is one area that this person could improve upon in your opinion.

Her photos are very simple and I think they could use a it more depth.

5. Which prompt do you think they did the best portraying, from your perspective?

Probably Connected. Holding hands was clever.

6. Which prompt do you think they did the least successfully portray, from your perspective?

She least successfully portrayed Pose. When I think of posing, I think of someone's entire body doing something. Her photo only shows the upper half of someone.

Welcome Back

THREE FAVORITE PHOTOS OF 2015

These three photographs are my favorite photos of 2015 because they depict problems that we faced last year as well as issues that we have dealt with for a long time. We see people trying to get through tragedy and loss, and some of the photos remind us of the issues we have seen and will see every year.
